In TCD, the A-Z journal list has been updated and the MARC records for journals will be updated around the 20th of January. The MARC records for databases have been updated.

Wilson Omni - New platform
OmniFILE Full Text Mega is now being made available on EBSCOhost.
This will run in parallel to the existing Wilson access until the end of this month, January 2012. At this point access will be made solely available via EBSCOhost.

Brill: new platform.
Brill has announced Brill Online Reference Works and Brill Online Bibliographies – two dedicated platforms for Brill’s reference and bibliographical research tools.

These two new platforms will replace the current platform.
Up to, and until, January 31, 2012 holdings can be accessed on both the new platforms and on the old.
Please note, TCD Library does not have subscriptions for all resources on the Brill platforms. The new links will be added to our subscription databases in the Library catalogue as they become available. See New Jacoby for example. The link to the old platform will be available until the end of the month.
(Brill’s publications focus on the Humanities and Social Sciences, International Law and selected areas in the Sciences.)

New Proquest/Dialog platform (former Dialog/Datastar databases)
The Dialog/Datastar platform was taken down at the end December 2011 and is no longer available.
