Westlaw UK

From 1 August 2012, 18 journals published by Oxford University Press and currently accessible as part of Westlaw UK will no longer be available in full-text format.This is due to a shift in OUP’s licensing policy.

The 18 affected journals will continue to be featured in Westlaw UK's Legal Journals Index. However, from
1 August the full text of archived and new issues will no longer be available.

Some OUP-licensed content such as the European Journal of International Law and the Industrial Law Journal will continue to be available in full text.

Through IReL, TCD Library subscribes to Oxford Journals Online. At the moment, all except one of those 18 journals are available on OJO. IReL's OJO full text file goes back to 1996.

Below is a list of the titles being removed in full text from Westlaw UK and the coverage in the Legal Journals Index which will continue to be available.

Westlaw IE (Thomson Reuters Round Hall) - New platform

Westlaw IE, the online legal research service for Irish law is being upgraded. There will be a new platform with a new interface and improved discovery tools.

The new westlaw.ie platform is due to be launched July 31st, 2012.
The old site will be updated until July 31, after which it will no longer be available.
